TEC Resources LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates TRframework, a communications and scheduling platform used by service businesses ("Businesses") to communicate with their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you contact a Business that uses our platform — for example, by submitting a service request form, calling, or texting — we may collect, on that Business's behalf:

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, phone number, and email address
• Details about your service request (for example, the type of work you need and your preferred appointment times)
• Records of communications between you and the Business, including text messages, call records, and appointment history
• Your communication consent choices (whether you have agreed to receive text messages or calls, and any opt-outs)

How we use your information

We use this information to provide services on behalf of the Business you contacted, including:

• Responding to your service requests and inquiries
• Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and reminding you about appointments
• Following up on requests and estimates you have asked about
• Keeping a record of your appointments and communications with that Business

We do not use your information to send you marketing unrelated to the Business you contacted, and we do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

You provide consent to receive text messages either by checking the consent box on a Business's online service-request form, or by agreeing verbally during a call with the Business or its automated assistant. Once you opt in, the following applies:

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your text messaging opt-in consent are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.
• Message frequency varies depending on your service requests and appointments (for example, a scheduling conversation, a confirmation, and a reminder).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can get help by replying HELP.
• Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Sharing of information

Your information is shared with the Business you contacted (it is their customer relationship) and with the service providers we use to operate the platform (such as telecommunications and cloud infrastructure providers), only as needed to deliver the services described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the Businesses we serve, or others.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services to the Business you contacted and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.

Your choices

• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time.
• For help, reply HELP at any time.
• To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, contact us at the email below or contact the Business you originally reached out to.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
