Terms of Service — Messaging Program

These Terms of Service govern the text messaging program (the "Program") operated by TEC Resources LLC ("we," "us," or "our") through TRframework on behalf of the service businesses that use our platform ("Businesses"). By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

The Program sends service-related text messages on behalf of the Business you contacted, including responses to your service requests, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and follow-up about requests or estimates you have asked about. Messages may be generated with the assistance of an automated (AI) assistant acting for the Business.

2. Opting in

You opt in to the Program by submitting a form on a Business's website or landing page and checking the box consenting to receive text messages, or by giving your verbal agreement to receive text updates during a conversation with the Business or its automated assistant. Your consent applies to the Business you contacted. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service requests and appointments. A typical service request may involve several messages (for example, a scheduling conversation, a confirmation, and a reminder).

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Please contact your carrier for details.

5. Opting out

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to you unless you opt in again. If you have opted in with more than one Business, a STOP request applies to messages from the Business whose number you replied to.

6. Help

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the email address below.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

8. Eligibility and accuracy

You must be the account holder of the mobile number you provide (or have the account holder's permission) and at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify the Business if your mobile number changes.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your information, including our commitment that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy: https://app.trframework.com/privacy

10. Changes to the Program or these terms

We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these terms, at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
